Not Sure if You're Enrolled in Plan N? If you are enrolled in Kaiser Plan N, you would have received dental enrollment materials clearly showing Plan N on them. Otherwise, you are likely enrolled in another dental plan through the Delta Dental and Kaiser Permanente partnership. To obtain a benefit booklet for any other dental plan that you are enrolled in, please contact your group administrator.
