With DOT, you can:
- Submit claims FREE online.
- Verify member eligibility and benefit plan designs.
- Receive your claims payment statements (CPS) electronically.
With Dental Office Toolkit® (DOT), your office to submit claims directly to many Delta Dental member companies.
Transmissions using DOT are encrypted using 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layers) encryption technology. With encryption,
almost any possibility that information could be picked up prior to its submission is eliminated. While it's impossible to
guarantee absolute security, our efforts to protect your information are above and beyond industry standards.
DOT is Secure
The Toolkit meets all the HIPAA-mandated security measures for the protection of your patients' health information.
Access to DOT requires:
- A user login and password.
- You may register for your user login and password directly on the site. Click on

to link to the site.
Registration requires:
- Your dentist license number.
- State code.
- Tax identification number.
- Service office zip code.
You will need to re-register if you make any changes to your registration information, such as change of TIN or zip code.

Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Direct Deposit/EFT makes it possible for you to receive payments from Delta Dental directly into your bank account, usually within a few days of claim submission.
Take a look at the many advantages:
- No mail to sort.
- No checks to deposit.
- Less chance of a lost or stolen check.
- Online convenience. Your Direct Deposit account will be online and available for use within 15 days after we receive your signed agreement.
Sign Up. It's Easy. Here's how.
Simply complete the Direct Deposit/EFT Agreement and send it to Attn: Provider Records, Delta Dental of Colorado, 4582 S. Ulster St. Suite 800, Denver, CO 80237. Include a voided check. Once we have established the secure transmission pathway from our bank to yours, your Direct Deposit account will be online and available to use.
Delta Dental Plans Association (DDPA)
You can use the DDPA national website to retrieve information about submitted claims, eligibility, and benefits for members of all Delta Dental member companies. You need only the member's name, identification number and date of birth. Verify the accuracy of member information in your records to ensure your claims continue to process quickly and accurately. Also, learn about Delta Dental's history, mission and much more.
Registration is quick and easy, and the site is secure. Technical support for the national website is readily available at 1-866-625-0700.

Integrated Voice Response (IVR)
With Delta Dental's Integrated Voice Response (IVR) you can access benefits and claim information via the telephone. The IVR system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-800-610-0201 or 303-741-9305. We can quickly provide a faxed copy of benefits (faxback) for your convenience.
Language Line Services
Delta Dental is pleased to offer an interpreter service for Colorado participating dentists at no charge to you. Language Line Services offers interpreter services in 150 languages. Language Line can assist in establishing effective communications with your limited English-speaking patients.
