We have a corporate compliance program to ensure our employees, participating dentists, subscribers and business partners are aware of the laws and standards with which we are required to comply. We are committed to preventing, detecting and deterring fraud. Components of our corporate compliance program are below.

Corporate Compliance Committee

Our Corporate Compliance Committee is comprised of a broad selection of Delta Dental employees, who ensure their colleagues understand the organization's commitment to ethics.

Corporate Integrity Hotline

Delta Dental established a corporate integrity hotline to encourage employees to report problems or concerns without fear of retaliation.

Compliance Training

Delta Dental employees receive general compliance and ethics training annually. In addition, new employees receive compliance training during orientation.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)

We are committed to upholding the security and confidentiality of all personal information. We’ve implemented systems and procedures to comply with HIPAA privacy, security, and electronic transaction standards.
