To register for a username and password, you must go to Delta Dental’s national website, deltadental.com.  Your subscriber id number may be your social security number or your alternate id number.

When you access this page, you will be leaving the Delta Dental of Colorado website.   To return to the Delta Dental of Colorado website, simply close the Subscriber Registration window.

When you return to the Delta Dental of Colorado website, you can log in to Subscriber Connection which will allow you to access claims and benefit information, print ID cards, and more.
